Hello, I am Ranjeet Kumar GothEal, a Financial Inclusion Mentor, Leadership Coach, and Development Officer committed to helping young Indians build meaningful careers in the financial services sector.

For the last 18 years, I have been actively involved in recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing aspiring financial professionals, guiding them to transform their potential into successful and sustainable careers. My mission is simple: to create opportunities for young people to learn, earn, lead, and contribute to the financial well-being of Indian families.

Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of leading and mentoring a dynamic team of more than 100 Gen Z and Millennial professionals, helping them develop essential life and career skills including financial planning, communication, entrepreneurship, leadership, client relationship management, and business development.

I strongly believe that financial services is not merely a profession—it is a platform to create social impact.
